Taking Care of Your Health

Getting the Right Information at the Right Time.

You are the key to your health. We believe that having access to the right information at the right time can empower you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage your health.

MyGuide: Concussion aims to bring you the current best practice knowledge and practical tips in a way you can understand and use to manage your symptoms and get back to your life after a concussion.

Our Story

At the GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, GF Strong Adult Concussion Services (GFACS) offer education and self-management support to adults living with the symptoms of a concussion in the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority area, British Columbia, Canada.

Over the years, we’ve heard our clients say “I wish I (or my family) had this information earlier, then I wouldn’t have been so scared.” With the support of our Sponsors, GF Strong staff, VCH Learning and Development team and the wider concussion community, a publicly available “MyGuide: Concussion” website with the goal of enabling anyone with a concussion was created in 2019.
